Rolex Datejust 36 mm, reference 126234-0045, in steel and gold, a chronometer with a case measuring 36 mm across and 11.7 mm thick. The fluted bezel is finished in gold, and a Cyclops lens sits over the date on the sapphire crystal. The slate dial carries luminous hands and indices for legibility, along with central seconds. Inside is the calibre 3235, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. The crown screws down against the case, and the date function is among the complications the movement handles. A steel bracelet fitted with a folding Oysterclasp and comfort extension link completes the watch. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres of water resistance.
