Rolex Datejust 36 mm

Rolex Datejust 36 mm, reference 126231-0021, cased in steel and gold, is a chronometer with a quiet dressiness about it. The case measures 36 mm across and 11.7 mm thick, with a fluted bezel in gold set against the steel Oyster case. A Cyclops lens sits over the date on the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, magnifying the display at three o'clock. The white mother-of-pearl dial is set with diamonds, giving the watch its main point of visual interest. Inside is the self-winding calibre 3235, a manufacture movement with a power reserve of around 70 hours and a central seconds function. The steel and gold bracelet closes with a folding Oysterclasp fitted with a comfort extension link. Rolex rates the case to a depth of 100 metres.
