The bright blue dial sits under a sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date, and diamonds set into the bezel frame it in a continuous line of stones. The calibre 2236 powers the watch, a self-winding movement certified as a Superlative Chronometer with a power reserve of around 55 hours. A screw-down crown adds a further layer of protection to the case, and a central seconds hand runs alongside the instantaneous date. The steel Oyster bracelet closes with a folding Oysterclasp in steel and gold, fitted with an Easylink extension link. That clasp helps keep the case sealed to its rated depth of 100 metres.
