Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278384RBR-0035, in steel and gold, measures 31 mm across. The case holds a sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date, and the bezel is diamond-set. The pink dial is set with diamonds, in keeping with the gemstone theme carried through the case. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a Rolex manufacture movement certified as a chronometer, with a screw-down crown adding a second layer of protection. Central seconds and a date function round out the display. The steel bracelet closes with a folding Oysterclasp fitted with an Easylink comfort extension link in steel and gold, allowing a touch of extra length when needed. This Datejust is rated to a depth of 100 metres.
