Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278384RBR-0020, is cased in steel and white gold with a diameter of 31 mm. The bezel is diamond-set, and the case is built around a monobloc middle case with a screw-down crown. A Cyclops lens sits over the date on the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a Superlative Chronometer with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The dark grey dial has luminous hands and indices and a central seconds display. The steel Jubilee bracelet closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp in steel and gold. The screw-down crown, part of the Twinlock system, helps hold the case to its 100 metre rating.
