Rolex Datejust 31 mm

Rolex's Datejust 31 mm ref. 278384RBR-0014 pairs steel with white gold in a 31 mm Oyster case. The case carries a diamond-set bezel, and a Cyclops lens sits over the date on the sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a Rolex manufacture movement certified as a Superlative Chronometer with a power reserve of about 55 hours. The white dial is read through the sapphire crystal and shows the date alongside central seconds. This is a chronometer with gemstones set into the case, a combination that suits its role as a dress watch. The Jubilee bracelet, in steel, closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp in steel and gold. The screw-down crown helps keep the case rated to 100 metres.
