The case pairs with a diamond-set bezel and a silver dial set with diamonds, viewed through a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the calibre 2236, a perpetual, self-winding mechanical movement with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours, and the watch carries Rolex's chronometer certification. The screw-down crown and central seconds hand accompany a date function set at three o'clock. The steel and gold bracelet closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. Rated to 100 metres, the case keeps its water resistance for everyday wear.
