Rolex Datejust 31 mm

The Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278344RBR-0036, has a case in steel and gold measuring 31 mm across. The domed bezel is set with diamonds, and the dial beneath the sapphire crystal is bright blue, with a Cyclops lens magnifying the date. Inside is calibre 2236, a self-winding movement certified as a chronometer, giving a power reserve of about 55 hours. The screw-down crown protects the movement and adds to the watch's overall solidity. A central seconds hand runs alongside the date function, and the piece is set with diamonds beyond the bezel as well. It comes on a steel bracelet fitted with a concealed folding Crownclasp. The screw-down crown and monobloc case hold the watch to a 100 metre water resistance rating.
