The Rolex Datejust 31 mm reference 278288RBR-0032 is cased in 18 ct yellow gold. The case measures 31 mm across and carries a diamond-set bezel. A screw-down crown protects the movement, and a sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a chronometer with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The black mother-of-pearl dial is set with diamonds, and the watch also shows a central seconds display alongside the date. It is fitted to a yellow gold President bracelet with a concealed folding Crownclasp. That same screw-down crown helps hold the case to its 100 metre rating.
