Rolex Datejust 31 mm

The Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278288RBR-0028, comes in 18 ct yellow gold with a case diameter of 31 mm. The diamond-set bezel surrounds a silver dial also set with diamonds, viewed through a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the calibre 2236, a perpetual, mechanical, self-winding movement with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The watch is a chronometer, certified to Rolex's own Superlative standard after casing, and the screw-down crown protects the movement from moisture and dust. Date and central seconds round out the functions. The President bracelet, in matching yellow gold with semi-circular three-piece links, closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. Water resistance reaches 100 metres, courtesy of the Twinlock winding crown system.
