Rolex Datejust 31 mm

Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278278-0010, is a 31 mm case in 18 ct yellow gold. The fluted bezel sits above a white mother-of-pearl dial set with diamonds, protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the calibre 2236, a self-winding Perpetual movement with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. The screw-down crown and monobloc middle case are part of the Oyster construction that defines this Datejust. Central seconds and an instantaneous date round out the functions. The watch is fitted with a President bracelet in 18 ct yellow gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp in the same metal. The screw-down crown, part of the Twinlock system, helps keep the case waterproof to 100 metres.
