Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278278-0009, cased in 18 ct yellow gold. The case measures 31 mm across and carries a fluted bezel in the same gold. A screw-down crown secures the Oyster case, and a Cyclops lens sits over the date on the sapphire crystal. Inside is the calibre 2236, a self-winding movement with a Syloxi hairspring and around 55 hours of power reserve, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. The champagne-colour dial is set with diamonds, in keeping with Rolex's chronometer designation for this piece. It rides on a President bracelet in yellow gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp. With the crown driven home, the case stays waterproof to 100 metres.
