Rolex Datejust 31 mm

The Datejust 31 mm, reference 278274-0030, comes in a case of steel and gold measuring 31 mm across. The fluted bezel is gold, a detail Rolex uses to mark this model out from the plain steel versions. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date, and the silver dial is set with diamonds in gold settings. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a chronometer movement with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. Central seconds and a date display round out the functions, and the crown screws down against the case. The steel bracelet closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres of water resistance.
