Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278273-0021, in steel and gold, measures 31 mm across the case. A fluted bezel in gold tops the case, alongside a screw-down crown, and the sapphire crystal carries a Cyclops lens over the date. The dark grey dial is set with diamonds in 18 ct gold settings, giving the watch its dressy character. Inside is calibre 2236, a self-winding movement with a 55-hour power reserve and chronometer certification. Central seconds and an instantaneous date round out the functions. The bracelet is steel and gold, fitted with a folding Oysterclasp that includes the Easylink comfort extension link. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres.
