Rolex Datejust 31 mm

The Rolex Datejust 31 mm, reference 278243-0024, comes in steel and yellow gold and measures 31 mm across. The domed bezel tops a case fitted with a screw-down crown, and a sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a Rolex manufacture movement certified as a chronometer, with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The black mother-of-pearl dial is set with diamonds, giving each piece its own natural variation. Central seconds and an instantaneous date round out the display. The watch is fitted on a Jubilee bracelet in steel and gold, closed with a concealed folding Crownclasp. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres.
