Rolex Datejust 31, reference 278243-0017, measures 31 mm in steel and gold. The case has a domed bezel and a screw-down crown, and the dark grey dial is set with diamonds beneath a sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a chronometer with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The dial shows a central seconds hand and a date display. This is a women's watch built on Rolex's Perpetual movement architecture. It comes on a steel and gold bracelet fitted with a folding Oysterclasp, which includes the Easylink comfort extension link for added comfort. The screw-down crown helps keep the case water resistant to 100 metres.
