Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 40 mm

The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 126509-0005 is a 40 mm chronograph in white gold. The case measures 11.9 mm thick and carries a fixed white gold bezel with an engraved tachymetric scale. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal covers the bright blue dial, which has luminous hands and indices. Inside is calibre 4131, a self-winding chronometer movement with 72 hours of power reserve. The chronograph functions include small seconds and the tachymetric scale for measuring average speeds. The screw-down crown adds to the watch's practical, tool-oriented character. Fitted to a white gold Oyster bracelet with a folding Oysterlock clasp and Easylink extension, the watch is water resistant to 100 metres.
