Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 40 mm

Rolex's Cosmograph Daytona 126509-0003, a chronograph in 40 mm white gold, pairs a case measuring 11.9 mm thick with a 20 mm lug width. The fixed bezel carries an engraved tachymetric scale, and a sapphire crystal protects the steel and bright black dial. Inside is the calibre 4131, a self-winding chronograph movement offering approximately 72 hours of power reserve and certified as a chronometer. The dial shows small seconds along with luminous hands and indices, and the chronograph functions are operated through a screw-down crown. A white gold Oyster bracelet fitted with a folding Oysterlock safety clasp and Easylink extension link completes the watch. The screw-down crown, part of the Triplock system, helps hold the case to its 100 metre water resistance rating.
