Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 40 mm

The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 126508-0006 is a chronograph in 18 ct yellow gold, measuring 40 mm across. The case stands 11.9 mm thick and holds a fixed yellow gold bezel with an engraved tachymetric scale. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal covers the golden and bright black dial, which carries luminous hands and indices for legibility. Inside runs calibre 4131, a self-winding chronograph movement with a 72-hour power reserve, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. The dial groups a small seconds subdial and chronograph counters for timing elapsed intervals. A yellow gold Oyster bracelet with a folding Oysterlock safety clasp and Easylink extension link completes the watch. Water resistance reaches 100 metres, thanks in part to the Triplock screw-down crown.
