The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 40 mm ref. 126506-0001 is cased in platinum, with a 40 mm case measuring 11.9 mm thick. The chestnut brown ceramic bezel houses a tachymeter scale, and the ice blue dial features chestnut brown counter rings for the chronograph subdials and small seconds. It is fitted with an Oyster bracelet and powered by the Rolex caliber 4131, a self-winding chronometer movement with a 72 hour power reserve. Water resistance is rated to 100 meters, and the crystal is sapphire.
