The IWC Schaffhausen Portofino Automatic, reference IW356501, has a steel case measuring 40 mm across. The case stands 9.2 mm thick, and the case carries a 30 metre water resistance rating. A silver dial sits beneath a convex sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides. The self-winding calibre 35111 drives the watch, running at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 25 jewels and 50 hours of power reserve. Central seconds and a date display round out the dial functions. It is fitted to a black alligator leather strap measuring 20 mm at the lug.
