IWC Schaffhausen Big Pilot’s Watch

The IWC Schaffhausen Big Pilot's Watch IW501001 has a steel case measuring 46.2 mm across. The case stands 15.6 mm thick, and the crown screws down against the middle case. An automatic, self-winding movement, calibre 52111, drives the watch and stores 168 hours of power reserve. A soft-iron inner case protects the movement from magnetic fields. The convex sapphire crystal carries an antireflective coating on both sides. The black dial combines central seconds and a date with a power reserve display. Water resistance is rated to 60 metres. IWC specifies a black calfskin strap.
