This Tortue is a chronograph with the manual-winding calibre 1928 MC, which has 24 jewels. The crystal is sapphire, and the case has a display back. The silvered opaline dial has two snailed counters, with small seconds at 9 o'clock. The platinum crown is set with a ruby cabochon. Cartier rates the case to 30 metres. A semi-matte burgundy alligator leather strap is fitted with a platinum ardillon buckle.
