Cartier Tank Américaine

The Cartier Tank Américaine reference WSTA0116 is a mini model with a steel case measuring 15.2 x 28 mm. The rectangular case is 6.5 mm thick, and the steel crown is faceted and set with a faceted synthetic blue spinel. The Tank Américaine runs on a quartz movement and shows hours and minutes. A sapphire crystal covers the silvered sunray dial. The hands are blued steel and sword-shaped. Cartier rates the case to 3 bar, approximately 30 metres. A shiny blue alligator-skin strap is fitted to the watch. The strap has a steel ardillon buckle.
