The Cartier Tank Américaine WGTA0353 has a yellow gold 750/1000 case measuring 15.2 x 28 mm. The case is 6.5 mm thick. A quartz movement drives the hours and minutes, which are shown by blued-steel sword-shaped hands. The dial is silvered with a satin-brushed finish and a sunray effect. A sapphire crystal covers it. The crown is yellow gold and set with a faceted sapphire. Cartier rates the case to 30 metres. A shiny navy blue alligator leather strap is fitted to the watch, with a yellow gold ardillon buckle.
