Cartier makes the Rotonde de Cartier Grande Complication Skeleton, reference HPI01469, as a pocket watch with a 56 mm round case in 18K white gold. The case is set with 263 baguette-cut diamonds totalling 21.24 carats. Calibre 9506 MC is a self-winding manufacture movement with a 50 hour power reserve. The display back has a synthetic sapphire crystal. The dial carries a minute repeater, a flying tourbillon and a perpetual calendar, and the skeleton movement is shaped like Roman numerals. The dial is hammered, with blued-steel apple-shaped hands. Cartier rates the case to 30 metres. The watch has an 18K gold chain.
