Cartier Ballon Bleu de Cartier

Cartier's Ballon Bleu de Cartier, reference WGBB0009, has a round rose gold case. The case is 12.05 mm thick. Calibre 1853 is a self-winding mechanical movement with a 37 hour power reserve. A sapphire crystal covers the silvered, lacquered opaline dial, which has a guilloché pattern and Roman numerals. The hands are blued steel and sword-shaped, and the watch shows central seconds. The fluted crown is set with a blue cabochon-shaped sapphire. An alligator skin strap is fitted with a rose gold pin buckle. Cartier rates the case to 30 metres.
