Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42

Breitling's Premier B01 Chronograph 42, reference RB0145371G1R1, is cased in 18k rose gold at 42 mm across. The case measures 13.6 mm thick, with a lug width of 22.1 mm, and sits under a cambered sapphire crystal treated on both sides against glare. Inside is the self-winding Breitling 01 manufacture calibre, a chronometer-certified movement with a 70-hour power reserve. As a chronograph, it offers a 1/4-second, 30-minute counter alongside small seconds and a date aperture on the cream dial. The fixed bezel echoes the model's original vintage form. A sapphire display back shows the movement, and the rose gold bracelet completes the case in matching metal. Breitling rates the case to 100 metres of water resistance.
