Breitling's Navitimer B19 Chronograph 43 Perpetual Calendar 140th Anniversary, reference RB19101A1H1P1, comes in an 18k red gold case measuring 43 mm across and 15.62 mm thick. This is a chronograph, and a limited edition of 140 pieces marking Breitling's manufacture calibre B19, a self-winding movement with 96 hours of power reserve. The gold dial sits beneath a cambered sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides. Beyond the chronograph function, the watch adds a perpetual calendar with moon phase and small seconds, and the sapphire display back shows off the decorated rotor. Black alligator leather forms the strap, closed with an 18k red gold folding clasp. Breitling rates the case to 30 metres.
