The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine, with an off-centred chapter ring set with 42 baguette-cut diamonds and hour markers in white natural mother-of-pearl accented by a pear-cut diamond. The watch is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, and is fitted to a white gold bracelet set with 320 diamonds, secured by a buckle set with a pear-cut diamond.
