Breguet Reine de Naples 8939

The Breguet Reine de Naples 8939 (ref. 8939BB/6D/J49) features an oval 18K white gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and caseband are set with 76 baguette-cut diamonds, the dial flange carries 64 diamonds, and the crown is set with a diamond. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and has an off-centred chapter ring set with 42 baguette-cut diamonds, with hour markers in white natural mother-of-pearl and a pear-cut diamond. The watch is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve and water resistance to 15 metres, and is fitted on a bracelet with pink Akoya pearls and a buckle set with a pear-cut diamond.
