The Breguet Reine de Naples 8938BR/8D/964 has an oval 18K rose gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel, dial flange and lugs are set with 161 diamonds, and the crown is set with a single diamond. The gold dial carries 384 diamonds around an off-centred chapter ring in white natural mother-of-pearl. It is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering a 45-hour power reserve, and is fitted on an alligator strap with a buckle set with 28 diamonds. Water resistance is rated to 3 bar (30 metres).
