The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918BR/5T/J20 has an oval 18K rose gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, and the crown is set with a diamond. The dial is white natural mother-of-pearl, hand-engraved on a rose engine, with sections finished in champagne-coloured Tahitian natural mother-of-pearl; an off-centred chapter ring displays Breguet Arabic numerals alongside a pear-cut diamond. The watch is fitted with a rose gold bracelet and is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 metres).
