Breguet Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BR/5T/J20, has an oval case in rose gold measuring 36.5 mm in height. The case is 8.7 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart. Inside is the self-winding calibre 537/3, giving 45 hours of power reserve, visible through a sapphire caseback. The silver dial is worked by hand in guilloché and carries a central seconds display. Diamonds are set on the case, a detail that lends the piece its brilliance alongside the pear-cut stone at six o'clock.
