Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BR/5T/964, has an oval 18K rose gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds and the crown is set with a diamond. The white natural mother-of-pearl dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine, partly finished in champagne-coloured Tahitian natural mother-of-pearl, and features an off-centred chapter ring with Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. The watch is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3 with a 45-hour power reserve, fitted on an alligator strap with a buckle set with 28 diamonds, and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 m).
