Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918 (reference 8918BR/58/J20) features an oval 18K rose gold case with a sapphire caseback and a rose gold bracelet. The bezel, dial flange and crown are set with a total of 117 diamonds plus one additional diamond on the crown, and the off-centred chapter ring carries a pear-cut diamond alongside Breguet Arabic numerals. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl. It houses the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, providing a 45-hour power reserve, and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 metres).
