Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918 (ref. 8918BR/58/J20) has an oval rose gold case measuring 36.5 mm in height. The case measures 8.7 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart, and it is fitted with a sapphire crystal and a sapphire case back. Inside is the self-winding calibre 537/3, giving 45 hours of power reserve. The mother-of-pearl dial is hand-guilloché and shows a central seconds display, with Breguet's open-tipped hands marking the hours. The watch is set with diamonds. A rose gold strap closes with a rose gold folding clasp. Water resistance is a modest 30 metres, enough for daily wear but not for diving.
