The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918BR/58/964 has an oval 18K rose gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, and the crown carries a single diamond. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine, partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring featuring Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It houses the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, providing 45 hours of power reserve, and is fitted to an alligator strap with a buckle set with 28 diamonds. Water resistance is rated to 3 bar (30 m).
