Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918 (8918BR/2C/364) has an oval rose gold case measuring 36.5 mm in height. The case runs 10.1 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart to take the calfskin strap. The dial flange and crown are set with diamonds, and a pear-cut stone at six o'clock marks the join between case band and strap. The pink dial is finished in Grand Feu enamel and carries large Breguet numerals with open-tipped hollow apple hands, driven by the self-winding calibre 537/3 with 45 hours of power reserve. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and a sapphire caseback shows the movement. The rose gold folding clasp is also set with diamonds, and the case keeps its water resistance to 30 metres.
