The bezel, dial flange and crown are set with diamonds, totalling 117 stones on the case and one on the crown, while the buckle carries a further 28 diamonds. The grey grand feu enamel dial features an off-centred chapter ring with Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It is powered by the automatic Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, fitted to a calfskin strap, and is water-resistant to 30 metres.
