Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BB/5R/964, has an oval white gold case measuring 36.5 mm in height. The case measures 10.1 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart. Inside is the self-winding calibre 537/3, with a 45-hour power reserve, visible through a sapphire caseback. The mother-of-pearl dial has a hand-guilloché finish and sits under a sapphire crystal, with a central seconds hand and Breguet's open-tipped hands marking the hours. The watch is set with diamonds. An alligator leather strap closes with a white gold folding clasp. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
