The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918 (ref. 8918BB/5R/964) features an oval 18K white gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel, dial flange and crown are set with rubies, totaling 135 stones on the bezel and flange with a single ruby on the crown, while the alligator strap buckle carries 28 additional rubies. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring displaying red Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut ruby. The watch is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30m).
