Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BB/5P/964, comes in an oval white gold case measuring 36.5 mm in height. The case is 8.7 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart, and it holds a self-winding calibre 537/3 giving 45 hours of power reserve. A sapphire crystal covers the mother-of-pearl dial, which is hand-guilloché, and a sapphire case back reveals the movement.
