The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918BB/5P/964 has an oval 18K white gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, and the crown is set with a ruby. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly finished in natural white mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring bearing red Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, and is fitted on an alligator strap with a buckle set with 28 diamonds. Water resistance is rated at 3 bar (30 m).
