The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918BB/5D/964D0 has an oval 18K white gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, the crown carries a single diamond, and the buckle on the alligator strap holds 28 diamonds. The gold dial is paved with 121 diamonds and finished partly in white natural mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring bearing Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering a 45-hour power reserve, and is water-resistant to 30 metres.
