Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918 (reference 8918BB/58/J39) features an 18K white gold oval case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, and the crown is set with a diamond. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring bearing Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. The watch is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering a 45-hour power reserve, and is fitted on a white gold bracelet with a buckle set with a pear-cut diamond. It is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 meters).
