Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BB/58/J39, has an oval white gold case measuring 33.8 mm in height. The case measures 10.1 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart to hold the white gold strap. Inside is the self-winding calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve and visible through a sapphire case back. A sapphire crystal covers the mother-of-pearl dial, finished by hand with guilloché work and fitted with a central seconds hand. The watch is set with diamonds, and the dial carries a pear-cut diamond of its own. A white gold folding clasp secures the strap. Breguet rates the case to 30 metres of water resistance.
