Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918 (ref. 8918BB/58/J20) has an oval white gold case measuring 36.5 mm in height, with a thickness of 8.7 mm and lugs set 16 mm apart. The self-winding calibre 537/3 drives the watch, with a 45 hour power reserve, and sits under a sapphire crystal. The mother-of-pearl dial is hand-guilloché and carries a central seconds display, and diamonds are set on the case. A sapphire caseback shows the movement.
