Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BB/58/J20, has an oval 18K white gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, and the crown is set with a single diamond. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring featuring Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It houses the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3 with a 45-hour power reserve, is fitted to a white gold bracelet, and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 metres).
