Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918 (reference 8918BB/58/964) features an oval 18K white gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, and the crown holds a diamond. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring displaying Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It houses the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, and is fitted on an alligator strap with a buckle set with 28 diamonds. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
