The bezel, dial flange and crown are set with diamonds, totaling 117 stones on the bezel and flange and one on the crown, while the black grand feu enamel dial features an off-centred chapter ring with Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It houses the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3 with a 45-hour power reserve and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 m).
