Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BB/2N/764, has an oval white gold case measuring 36.5 mm in height. The case measures 10.1 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart to take the strap. Inside is the self-winding calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, and the case back is fitted with a sapphire crystal so the movement can be viewed. The black dial carries a central seconds hand over the Breguet numerals, and the watch is set with diamonds throughout. A textile strap closes with a folding clasp in white gold. The case takes on water to a depth of 30 metres.
