Breguet's Reine de Naples 8918, reference 8918BB/28/964, has an oval white gold case measuring 36.5 mm in height. The case measures 8.7 mm thick, with lugs set 16 mm apart, and the blue dial sits under a sapphire crystal with a sapphire case back visible behind it. Inside is the self-winding calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve. Central seconds runs alongside the Breguet numerals on the dial, and the watch is set with diamonds. It is fitted on an alligator leather strap with a white gold folding clasp. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
