The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918 (reference 8918BB/28/964) has an 18K white gold oval case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and dial flange are set with 117 diamonds, and the crown holds an additional diamond. The dial is white grand feu enamel with an off-centred chapter ring featuring blue Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3, offering 45 hours of power reserve, and is fitted on an alligator strap with a buckle set with 28 diamonds. Water resistance is rated to 3 bar (30 metres).
