Breguet Reine de Naples 8918

The Breguet Reine de Naples 8918 (reference 8918BA/58/964) has an oval 18K yellow gold case with a sapphire caseback and crystal. The bezel, dial flange and crown are set with a total of 117 diamonds plus one on the crown, and the alligator strap buckle carries 28 diamonds. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine and partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl, with an off-centred chapter ring bearing Breguet Arabic numerals and a pear-cut diamond. It houses the self-winding Breguet calibre 537/3 with a 45-hour power reserve and is water-resistant to 30 metres.
