The caseband, lugs and crown are set with 63 baguette-cut diamonds and 1 cabochon diamond, while the bezel carries 60 baguette-cut gems including emeralds, tsavorites, coloured sapphires and diamonds. The white natural mother-of-pearl dial is set with 85 baguette-cut gems combining tsavorites, peridots and coloured sapphires. The watch is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 591 C, offering 38 hours of power reserve and 15m water resistance, with an oscillating weight set with 31 diamonds and decorated with Tahitian mother-of-pearl. It is fitted on an alligator strap with a buckle set with 30 baguette-cut gems comprising emeralds, tsavorites, coloured sapphires and diamonds.
