The Breguet Classique Tourbillon Messidor 5335 (reference 5335PT/42/9W6) features a 40mm case in 950 platinum with a sapphire caseback and a sapphire dial. The dial is skeletonized, with an off-centred chapter ring and small seconds displayed on the tourbillon shaft.
