Breguet's Classique Tourbillon Extra-Plat Squelette 5395, reference 5395PT/RS/9WU, has a 41 mm platinum case. The case measures 7.7 mm thick, with lugs set at 21 mm apart. A sapphire crystal covers the skeletonised dial, and a sapphire case back shows the movement from behind. Inside is the self-winding calibre 581SQ, an extra-flat tourbillon movement finished with hand bevelling and guilloché work, offering 80 hours of power reserve. The tourbillon carriage sits opposite a small seconds display, both visible through the openworked construction. The case is fitted to an alligator leather strap secured by a platinum folding clasp. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
